From a Smoke Shack to a Restaurant

Wicked Awesome BBQ has been serving the Upper Valley since 2010 when Chef Dave bought his first smoker. With a passion for feeding others, Chef Dave began setting up on the Norwich and Lebanon greens and opened a smoke shack in Thetford, VT. Adding a food truck in 2013 brought his New England BBQ across the Upper Valley, which is still serving up delicious food on-the-go. In 2017, Wicked Awesome BBQ decided to grow from a smoke shack to a full restaurant in White River Junction, VT.
